Brett Bade, MD

Dr. Bade is a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician who strives to optimize quality of life in patients with chronic lung disease and lung cancer. He has clinical and research interest in lung nodules, lung cancer screening, lung cancer care, cancer survivorship, physical activity implementation, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Dr. Bade is the Director the Lung Cancer Screening Program for the Lung Institute, which strives to identify lung cancers in early stages for patients at increased risk of developing lung cancer. To identify better ways to optimize quality of life in cancer care, Dr. Bade also works directly with the Cancer Institute.
Sharon Zarabi Fern, RD, CDN, CPT

Sharon Zarabi is a Registered Dietitian by training and currently serves as the Director of Program Development for the Katz Institute for Women’s Health. She devoted 15 years of her career in the bariatric space, coaching her patients through lifestyle medicine and using food and movement to heal the human frame. Her philosophy is that when we take the right steps to care for our whole health- physical, mental, and emotional on a consistent basis, the result is a higher quality of life. Sharon has made several media appearances and has contributed to research and publications in obesity and weight management.
Nagashree Seetharamu, MD, MBBS

Dr. Nagashree Seetharamu, MD, MBBS, is a Professor of Medicine at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and system head for thoracic, head and neck medical oncology at Northwell Health Cancer Institute . Board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Medical Oncology and Hospice/Palliative medicine, she specializes in cancers of the head and neck and thoracic malignancies (lung cancer, mesothelioma, thymic tumors). Dr. Seetharamu is the institutional principal investigator on several clinical trials, has co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and is a sought-after speaker at various regional, national, and international events related to Head and Neck and Thoracic cancer. Dr. Seetharamu is the She is a member of both the Cancer Prevention Committee and Respiratory Committee of Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology where she collaborates with clinical research experts across the country to develop innovative and impactful hypotheses and formulate future clinical trials. Dr. Seetharamu’s volunteer experience at ASCO includes participating in ASCO Daily News Writing/Podcast Cources, the ASCO-SEP Item Writing Task Force, membership on the Health Equity and Outcomes Committee, and serving as a mentor through ASCO’s Mentor Program.
