Dr. Zaric is an interventional cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City where she serves as a full-time faculty since 2010. In addition to management and treatment of coronary artery disease, she was actively involved in developing a comprehensive venous program to encompass a full array of diagnostic and treatment modalities for all stages of superficial and deep venous insufficiency, deep venous thrombosis and vascular anomalies as well as treatment and management of peripheral arterial disease. Additionally, Dr. Zaric is passionate about developing a multidisciplinary “hybrid” vascular service maintaining close clinical ties with other experts in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery. Her particular interests are diagnosis and treatment of vascular anomalies, particularly studying the role of ultrasound in differential diagnosis and monitoring of vascular anomalies prior and between the treatments as well as management of superficial manifestations of vascular anomalies and the role of vascular laser in the treatment of these.
Dr. Zaric is currently ABIM certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology and Board Certified in Nuclear Cardiology. She is an active Fellow of American College of Cardiology (F.A.C.C.) since 2010 and Fellow of Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (F.S.C.A.I) since 2011.
She served as an active member of Vascular Disease Council at SCAI (2018-2022).
Dr. Zaric was named a recipient of the 2011 Young Hearts Award for Achievement in Cardiovascular Science and Medicine and was honored as American Heart Association Luminary for Go Red Campaign in 2015.
