Amy Aranoff has been in the fitness field for decades. With a background in Physiology and Education, Amy enjoys not only teaching Pilates but continuing her education by taking classes, attending workshops and seminars to further hone her skills. Amy is currently teaching an ongoing Pilates for pelvic health class at the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine and frequently educates other members of the Northwell community through targeted Pilates practice. In addition to teaching Pilates, Amy taught Spin classes for many years and enjoys being active outdoors whether it be hiking, biking or kayaking, she’ll be out there trekking up a mountain for many years thanks to her strength from Pilates.

Nancy received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. In 2016, she earned her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) from the Section on Women’s Health (SoWH). In 2018, Nancy earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. Nancy specializes in the treatment of men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary/fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain (interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, dyspareunia and vulvodynia). Nancy lectures extensively to the community on women’s health and the benefits of physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction.
