Gillian Piltch, MD, FACOG is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to women facing high-risk pregnancies. She is associated with Northwell Health Physician Partners at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and completed fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
Dr. Piltch takes a patient-centered approach that empowers pregnant people and their families to navigate challenging diagnoses and treatment options. She has expertise in managing a wide range of high-risk conditions, including complex maternal medical problems, multiple pregnancies, preterm birth, and placental disorders. She is skilled in prenatal diagnosis of fetal anomalies and procedures such as chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis. Dr. Piltch is highly committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for mother and baby, not only through her patient care, but also through her research, medical trainee education, and quality improvement work.

Emily Stetler, MD, FACOG is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist dedicated to providing patient-centered care during high-risk pregnancies. She is associated with Northwell Health Physician Partners at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. She received her medical doctorate from the Florida State University College of Medicine. She then did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Orlando Health (Winnie Palmer Hospital) and her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Stony Brook University.
Dr. Stetler has extensive experience in taking care of both maternal and fetal conditions, including maternal medical problems and pregnancy complications (like preterm labor, cervical insufficiency, and placental diseases). She also specializes in ultrasound to screen for a variety of anomalies and genetic conditions, and she is skilled in chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis, and cerclages. Dr. Stetler is dedicated to helping patients have healthy and safe pregnancies through her clinical work, research, and patient advocacy at both state and federal levels. Outside of work, she loves hiking (with her 2 dogs), reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
