She received her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and later completed her internal medicine residency at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School followed by endocrinology fellowship at Temple University Hospital. She began her career in 2017 with the endocrinology division at Northwell. Since then, she has focused her career on thyroid disease with special emphasis on thyroid imaging and procedures. She is part of various national and local committees. She is a member of the American thyroid association and partakes in activities for national fellowship training in thyroid disease.
