Adam is a member of numerous state and local bar association committees involving estate planning, elder law and special needs law. Adam serves on the Board of Directors and the Legal Advisory Committee of The Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center. Adam is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and elder law, and has been appointed by the New York State Board of Accountancy to provide continuing education credits to accountants in the area of estate planning and elder law. Adam is also certified by the Veteran’s Administration to represent our nation’s Veterans pursuing Veteran pension benefits to provide them with a better quality of life.
Adam obtained his undergraduate degree in 1988 from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He was awarded the Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991 “With Distinction” and served as an Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. Immediately after graduating Hofstra Law School, Adam began his legal career as an attorney at the prestigious law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City. For over the past 20 years, Adam has been practicing law in Garden City, Long Island.
