You will receive three emails post-event (one directly after the event, one 1 week after, and one 3 months later) with a conference evaluation. Please fill out all three evaluations to receive your CME credits.

Note: the conference evaluation will be sent to the email address you used to register for the conference and MUST be filled out in order to receive your CME credits.
